Honggildong, who is a death, has a mission to bring the dead to hell, but
he is too busy cleaning the bathrooms of hell. Since the other devils are too
lazy to help him, Tong Tong, the little brother of his, is forced to do the mission
for him. Like every child in the world, Tong Tong just wants to play and have fun, but he
has no other choice. So, Tong Tong agrees to go to the earth and bring souls of the dead.
On the earth, when it's too difficult to find the one he ought to bring, Tong Tong just brings
anyone he sees on the way. Sometimes, even though he does find the right one, he
frees the soul when a beautiful girl insists. Besides, his little brother Rang Rang, who believes
he is much smarter than Tong Tong, follows everywhere he goes and gets in the way.
Tong Tong gets into all sorts of trouble, and makes his big brother very mad. Time to time,
he throws the devil kingdom into confusion by doing good things to people either by
accident or by his will.
While Tong Tong and Rang Rang are causing countless mindless troubles on the earth,
Doctor Gorre Gorre is preparing a plan to overthrow the old devil kingdom and, furthermore,
to take over the heaven. He comes to a conclusion that, if there are a lot of bad people on
the earth, it will do good for the devil kingdom. So, he tries to stop Tong Tong from bringing the bad people to hell. In the mean time, Chajang the Ghost, who is a ghost that wanders around on the earth, makes Tong Tong's work even more difficult. This ghost frees the dead soul for money. This is the way he makes his living; by breaking the natural harmony. More yet, Chajang cuts off Rang Rang s tail, which is one of the elements that give devils the devilness. Rang Rang loses the evil mind and gains a wish to become an angel. As the earth becomes complicated and confused, the seniors of the heaven become worried. They decide to send an angel to save the earth. They needed an angel who can stand the tough environment of the earth. One angel comes to their mind; Chachacha. They decide that he has everything it takes to survive on the earth. Chachacha is an angel with a huge water-balloon-like body, he is tough and strong like Rambo, and he loves firearms. He is sick of doing the angel-stuff, and has been suspended for sneaking and watching the nymphs bathing. So, the seniors promise him a freedom for he contributes to saving the earth. After Doctor Gorre Gorre takes over the hell, he makes an ally with Tong Tong. He sends Tong Tong and a monster devil, Yonggamee, to fill the whole world up with demons. On the other side, Rang Rang, who wants to be an angel, becomes friends with Chachacha. They also meet Gangnengee, who is a knight. Now the big battle between heaven and hell is about to break out ....

	Tong Tong
	A little devil that even other devils cannot understand. He has a astonishingly dark skin and a large bellybutton sticking out of his stomach. And also a neatly combed curly hair on his forehead is his major attraction. A bandage on his belly makes him invisible to humans. What does Tong Tong do? Like his big brother, he is assign to an important job to take the souls of the dead, but the young Tong Tong just wants to enjoy his life. Thus, he makes a lot of mistakes like bringing a totally wrong person - or even a rat. Either by accident or by his will, he makes the devil kingdom very complicated by doing good things on earth.
	Rang Rang
	Tong Tong's little brother, He is a stylish dresser with a pair of sunglasses on and a hat all the time, but he doesn't have arms. He believes he is smarter than his brother, but his behavior is as unexpectable as Tong Tong's. Since a greedy ghost, Chajang, cuts off Rang Rang s devil tail with a silver scissor, he gets the kind heart of angels. He tries his best to become a true angel such as cleaning the heaven. Impressed by his passion and enthusiasm, the gods give him wings and assign him a mission to make the earth a better place.
	Ong-heiya
	An angel, Ong-heiya. Her Hobby is to take away other angel's rings. She looks cold-blooded, but she is a good angel - almost as good as Tong Tong.
	Doctor Gorre Gorre
	A devil who wants to overthrow the corrupted devil kingdom and set up a new one. He persuades Rang Rang to interrupt Tong Tong when Tong Tong is bringing bad people's souls because he want to fill up the earth with bad people. Later he becomes a commander of the royal guards of the new autocratic devil kingdom, and gets his hands on Sword of Jeeboss. He even makes an ally with Tong Tong in order to take over the heaven as well. He looks very funny because he is always in an underwear-like outfit; the kind that the top and the pants are attached.
	Chachacha the Angel
	An angel with a courage like Rambo. he loves firearms too. Strange for an angel, isn't he? He is a youngster who thinks that doing the angel stuff is boring. He has a big water-balloon-like body and a punky hair, and wears a pair of army pants. While he is suspended for sneaking and watching the nymphs bathing, the seniors of the heaven send him to the earth, promising that he will be freed if he does enough merits on the earth. This big but clumsy angel becomes the best buddy with Rang Rang. His specialty? He goes nuts and starts dancing when he hears the "Chachacha" music.
	Honggildong the Death
	He ranks in the lowest position in the devil-kingdom; he is the death. The big brother of Dong Dong and Rang Rang. He is very busy cleaning the bathrooms in the devil kingdom. He just has no time to rest because his two little brothers are constantly making trouble.
